Hey guys!

So once you have put on your serious mass in the off season (see blog entry below), you will then be left with all the muscle you want, but maybe a little extra fat?

So the next step is the cut! This is where you will use the tools and tricks of bodybuilding to shred your body fat down as low as possible, leaving you with a ripped, muscled physique.

So how do you do this? Well your diet and training will need to take a drastic turn. Lower carb intake, more cardio etc. But what about the supplements?
